これまでの研究では,トラマドールは他の弱オピオイド,強オピオイド(低用量)と比較して鎮痛効果と有害作用は同程度であった。委員会では,がん疼痛(中等度)のある患者に対して,患者の選好,医療者の判断,医療現場の状況で,強オピオイドが投与できないとき,トラマドールの投与を条件付きで推奨すると結論した。
